What is your return policy?

Not happy with your goodies?

Please email or call/text 281-615-9094 and we will find a solution.

Exchanges, refunds or cancellations will be accepted on a case by case basis. They will only be accepted if the goodies are in the original packaging, tags attached and unworn. Shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Do you do custom gifts?

If you have a gift in mind but don’t have the time to get it together or don’t know where to start, give us a shout. We are willing to explore the possibilities of a more custom experience for you.

Can I add a personal note?

Absolutely! Before adding to your cart there will be a box to add a personal note. We will hand write your note and include it in your goodie box.

What if my goodies arrived damaged?

Be sure to open all goodie boxes as soon as possible to ensure they arrived safely. We do our very best to be sure all goodies are packed and ready for travel, but accidents happen. Please notify us within 1-3 days to ensure replacement or refunds. Replacements or refunds are not guaranteed after 3 days.
